  • What is included in my purchase?

  • How long will it take to get my SHREE DESIGNZ purchase?
  1. Pre-order pieces take 6-8 weeks to be delivered.
  2. ReadyToShip pieces typically delivered between 1-7 working days in Uk and 1-2 weeks for international shipping.
  3. You can find the exact timeframe of each outfit or accessory listed in the description. 
  • What happens if my outfit doesn’t fit me?

 All our garments come with margin to tighten / loosen if needed. We offer various sizes  and various skirt lengths.  We encourage you to size up if debating between two sizes and always leave ample time for alterations in the event it is needed, Please note all of our skirts are worn high waist.

  • Do you take custom sizing?
We can customize sizing for most items, if it is available for the product it will show on the product page description as "custom size".  
  • Do you make menswear and kids wear?

Yes, we do make custom menswear and kids wear. we make matching mother-daughter outfits , couple outfits and theme based outfits for whole family. If you like a product in our womenswear and would like to make custom matching trousseau for your loved ones, please get in touch with our designer  here.

  •  Can I purchase just a part of an outfit?

Yes, please visit our mix and match section under the Occasionwear tab or send a note with your specific request contact here.

  •  Is there an extra cost to change the color or style of blouse?

Generally no, however it depends on the piece, contact us with your specific request

  • Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
While we try our best to display the color as accurately as possible, the color may appear slightly different than the actual outfit.

Can I customize my color?

We can customize the color on most items, to request this please email us at info@theshreedesignz.com or write your request in the checkout box. Please note, due to the handmade nature of the garment, custom color items may have slight variations from those shown in terms of embroidery color, beads, or tassels.
  •  Where are your clothes made?

All of our clothes are handmade with love in India ethically at our designer studios that we personally associate with.

  • Where are you based, do you have a storefront?
We are based in Barnet, North London, but we do not have a storefront at the moment.
However we do have a private studio in London which operate strictly by appointments only. Schedule a consult here
  • Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
  • Do you take returns and exchanges?

Made-to-Order clothing is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Ready to ship items are available for return within the UK unless stated otherwise. Please read our shipping & Returns policy for further details.

  • How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For UK Customers, Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
