Most of our items are made-to-order and pre-order as we do our part to be a sustainable, low waste company. Since these items are made especially for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale.

If there is a serious issue, please contact our team within 48 hours of receipt with comprehensive details along with images of the product delivered and we will do our best to resolve info@theshreedesignz.com Please note we are not able to assist after 48 hours.

    "Ready to Ship", please contact our  team at info@theshreedesignz.com within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label. Your purchase should be delivered back to SHREE DESIGNZ within 7 days of receiving your order, if not we will return the item back to you. 

    Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. All shipping costs are non-refundable . We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
